Any of you all crazy runners excited for Wasatch Back yet? I sure am. I loved it last year, and it's going to be even greater this year! RUN ON!

So I didn't make my goal of 95 minutes. I got close. I ran it in 103. That is all.

Hey team. I would like to have a countdown gadget on our blog. Any help? I have looked, but can't find one that will work.  Come on geeks, help me out.

Registration Now Open!

Hey guys, registration for the Star Valley Half Marathon is now open!! If running 13.1 miles isn't incentive on it's own, ICON has donated a treadmill to be given away to any finishers, so there's some motivation for you. Hope training is going well. Happy Running!
