This relay team was put together following the tragic death of one of our family members, Jeremy Kunz. He loved to run relays and we are doing this to memorialize him.

another milestone
I ran 4.1 miles in 32:09. That is less than an 8 min mile. Praying for you Annie.

way to go Mic! I am jealous! Keep it up and you'll be addicted before we're through and we'll see you in the Boston Marathon before long
