I can't believe you people are running every day! That's insane. 4 days a week is plenty for me. Good job to everyone.
I wanted to run my long run today but it only ended up being 6 miles. I had to stop and walk twice!! GRRRRRRRR!! I don't know what's wrong with my body right now. Probably not enough sleep or food. I don't know why those little snickers and licorice don't keep me going :) Glad to hear you are all doing well. Buck, two a days, seriously? Are you trying to just rub it in our faces?! How many days are you going to do that and what's your predicted miles/wk? Just curious.

I'm not trying to rub anything in anybody's face here. But as a big fat guy working out twice-a-day is the only way I know to keep myself somewhat slim. Or to get slim again. Monday and Saturday are my long run days, usually. 5 miles in the morning and then 3 in the afternoon. Sometimes I'll cheat and run like 10 in the morning and forego afternoon. Tuesday and Thursday are spring days in the afternoon, don't really know mileage but probably around 2. 3 mile runs those mornings. Wednesday and Friday are 3 miles in the morning and 3 in the afternoon. So, if my math is correct, average miles a week are around 20. And I'll keep that up until I die. Otherwise I gain 300 pounds, like what happened over the last year.
