Back at it, sort of?

So, I walked 2 miles this morning in 30 minutes and did not have a twinge of pain in my ankle. I amd going to go for 4-5 tomorrow and see how I do. It feels good to be doing something again. I can't believe how much I missed it. I still have to exercise an immense omount of will power not to increase the speed and start running. Min, this spring after the thaw, I want to do our run again so I can see how much fun it is.

I'm so glad you are able to do stuff!! Please take it slowly. You have plenty of time to train the way your mind set is! I would love to do another run with you!! You'll be way faster by me then, though!
