This relay team was put together following the tragic death of one of our family members, Jeremy Kunz. He loved to run relays and we are doing this to memorialize him.

Cough Cough
Well, I don't like treadmills very much but the way things are looking I better start liking them. I haven't ran since Sat.'s 6.6. We need a storm or something to clean this Cache Valley Air.
Treadmills aren't bad. I'm getting use to ours, but still prefer running outside. It is nice to be able to listen to music while running inside. I don't wear my ipod outside because I want all my senses working when dogs or cars try to sneak up from behind:)
